These Terms & Conditions govern your use of geekyace.com and any enquiry you make to GeekyAce LLC (“GeekyAce”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our services

GeekyAce provides video production (including commercials, explainers and branded content), graphic design and website design. Descriptions on this website are for general information and do not by themselves create a contract.

2. Projects and orders

Work is agreed on a project basis, either through a written quote or proposal from us, or through an order placed on Fiverr. Where an order is placed on Fiverr, Fiverr’s terms also apply to payment, delivery, revisions and disputes. Scope, timelines, number of revisions and fees are set out in the agreed quote or order, and changes to scope may affect price and delivery date.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, scripts, assets and timely feedback.
• Make sure you own, or have permission to use, any material you give us, including logos, music, footage and text.
• Pay the agreed fees by the agreed dates.

4. Payment

Fees, payment schedules and any deposits are as stated in the quote or order. Unless agreed otherwise, final files are released after full payment. Late payment may delay or pause work.

5. Intellectual property

Unless the agreement states otherwise, ownership of the final deliverables passes to you once payment is received in full. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, methods and any working files not delivered to you. We may show finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

All content on this website, including text, logos, design and videos, belongs to GeekyAce or the respective clients and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping it at a scale that disrupts the service, or using it for anything unlawful.

7. Third-party links and services

The website links to third-party services such as Fiverr and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the website’s accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Results from marketing content, such as views, leads or sales, depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeekyAce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share for a project as confidential and use it only to deliver the work, except where disclosure is required by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Wyoming, unless a different forum is required by law or by the platform through which the order was placed.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
