GeekyAce LLC (“GeekyAce”, “we”, “us”) is a video production, graphic design and website design studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit geekyace.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Our website is a marketing site. It has no accounts, no checkout and no sign-up forms, so we collect very little:

• Information you send us. If you contact us through WhatsApp, email or Fiverr, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, company, and a description of your project.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the date and time of the request.
• Project materials. If we work together, we may receive scripts, brand assets, footage, and feedback that you provide so we can deliver the work.

2. Live chat

The chat on our site is run by Crisp, a customer messaging service. When you start a conversation, Crisp stores your messages, any name or email address you choose to give, and basic technical details such as your browser, device and approximate location, so that we can reply to you, including after you leave the site. Crisp processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy. You can ask us to delete a chat conversation at any time.

3. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
• To plan, produce and deliver video, design and website projects.
• To keep the website secure, working properly and free of abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only where needed to run the business, for example with:

• Our web hosting and email providers.
• Communication platforms used to talk with you, such as Crisp (our live chat), WhatsApp and Fiverr.
• Freelancers or collaborators working on your project under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google’s servers and your IP address is visible to Google when that happens.

5. International transfers

We work with clients in many countries, and our team and service providers may be located outside your country of residence. By contacting us you understand that your information may be processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.

6. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to provide our services and follow up with you, and for the period required by tax, accounting and legal rules. Server logs are kept by our host for a short period under their own retention schedule.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California privacy law), you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict certain uses, and receive a copy of it. 8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services are aimed at businesses. The website is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party services such as Fiverr and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information with them.
